What Kristi Brown doesn't like about Wegmans Meals 2go:
There was a man singing and smiling to people in the parking lot today. He wasn't bothering anybody, just hanging out next to his car trying to brighten people's days. Some employees made a big deal out of it and stared him down while on their phone with whoever they felt it necessary to call, and then made him leave. So unnecessary and disappointing. Customer service has gone so far down hill. I blame most of it on the managers. I get treated much better at Traders Joe’s.
