Got the bagel with cream cheese w/lox and have to admit it was as good as the ones in NYC. Never came in The Bagel Shoppe before because I don't normally associate good bagels with upstate NY. I plan to try the other items available there in the future!! View all feedback.

Everything is bad bad food, bad service. The staff all look like ex convicts. Guy was rude over phone, not much better in person. Biting into their bagels is like biting into cardboard.
