Dunkin' - Village of Herkimer

What Man WouldntYouLikeToKnow likes about Dunkin':
Great coffee and customer service. I always go in between 5am-6am and the crew there is outstanding!!! They make me feel special, because they know the coffee order, as if it’s like the back of their hands. There are a few of them who do atleast....that might not mean much to many, but to me it does and it makes me feel important. What Nicole Palmeter doesn't like about Dunkin':
If i could give no star I would. Everytime single time not a one of the staff members at this location can make a vanilla chai tea to save a life. Its cold and not mixed or taste like water. I would rather drive to the Starbucks in New heartford or the one on the thru way. If you like Chai tea they arent the people to go to. View all feedback.
