The food that was ordered was for a shiva house (house of mourners). We ordered food and wanted it delivered promptly at 12:15. The food was ordered in advance with ample time for its delivery. Nevertheless, the delivery person came at 12:15 and said sorry the food is all over the street . It then took over 2 1/2 hours for the food to be redelivered.
