What Ron Cohen doesn't like about Historic Phelps:
Service was very good. However the prime rib special was just 2 day old overcooked greasy beef. The NY strip had what tasted like 4-5 handfuls of salt in it. The vegetables were overcooked and bland and the twice baked potato was microwaved at least 10 minutes too long. View all feedback.

The Food was Delicious and the service was Excellent.
