I wish I was able to give 5 ?, but as a Hispanic that grew up with old fashioned parents, I understand how our foods are supposed to be cooked. I ordered the birria and tripa tacos. The meat for the birria wasn't marinated in the consume, the tortillas weren't cooked with the consume, the consume itself was nice, I approached that they put cinnamon in it. The tacos....
