Ahead of me on line was a blind woman and Marc waited on her, he was so kind and patient as he talked her through the food items. This is definitely the worst Starbucks out of all the locations in Westchester by far !!!! They always seem to mess up my order . I just ordered and iced soy chai and they made it hot .
