7-eleven - Village of Webster

For the 7 Eleven on North Ave, Webster NY: Could the advertisements BLARING from your pumps be any more annoying? Why do you insist on assaulting your customers?! I'll gas up elsewhere.

I am 23 years old. I had my high school aged *autistic* younger sibling with me and stopped in this gas station to get snacks for him a few trulys for myself before bringing him back home. They would not sell to me because my sibling, who I could not leave alone in the car, could not provide ID. I understand that you can’t sell to people without everyone showing ID, but this is a CHILD. A disabled one at that. I tried to explain but the staff very rudely said to drop him off and come back without him. I live right around the corner and frequent this location very often. It was an inconvenience that I could not make my purchase because I had a young disabled child with me. If a mom was buying drinks with a toddler holding her hand, I’m sure it wouldn’t be denied. I went somewhere else that knew a disabled child would not be drinking the alcohol that I purchased

So im door dashing before my stream. and i got to 711 and the blonde hair kid with blood shot eyes. didnt want to serve me food and walked away from the door dash contract. the other employee did help me out but i did have to contact door dash amd have then penalize the location because of him. im so srry. idk what his problem is or why his eyes so blood shot. either way. im not even a customer and tht was terrible experience....

You call on phone and just rings and rings and hangs up!Now guy says computer down! Locked doors! U can't figure out how to operate without computer? Or just plain don't care????

I’ve been drinking big gulps for 20 years. 1st time ever I was not given the refill price when I said it was a refill. 1st time ever, he told me I need to show him the cup when I come in. I guess drinking out of it when I said hello wasn’t enough. This was 12:30 ish on 10/2/2022
