"The worse experience at one hotel in all my life, better take any other choice, They canceled one of the reservation but after I accept to pay double price they said it’s possible to get it, on the restaurant never got all dishes from the card, and at room service after 21:30 no choice, the cleaning on the rooms also depending on the shifts. Absolutely a disaster, my complains for every detail on these hotel, never again will return Never order one hamburger it’s not really one what they bring! Room is not clean until mid afternoon, and the prices is more expensive than similar hotels at same area, the entrance looks like another thing not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2,5 not more and the treatment to the guests is always as excuse for, but the final results it’s horrible."

"Wow. I just had a bit of Kettle grain, that was salty and sweet, burst the taste could say something, and I thought I could not eat anymore BUT when I tasted Classic Savory's fish fillet... I had a cup of rice with it. It's not salty. Right. It makes you eat more. Your Lomi is also true for his taste. You feel homemade. I still enjoy my fish fillet as I write. It's on the third level of SM Downtown. Service is good and fast."
