We went to eat with my father. The owner's treatment has to improve and better serve all customers. You can't ask a client...Tell me what you're going to drink? Let's see if I can help you... What do you mean, let's see if you can help me? That is not a proper answer. The fact of having the tables full with diners is not a reason to stop serving the bar. That is an unprofessional treatment. As it happened to me, I tell it. Instead of protesting a customer's opinion, the least you should do is apologize. I can understand that it could have been a specific moment, but it happened. I have eaten more than once and the treatment has been as expected. The employees are attentive. Of course you will not agree with me. I don't know what it has to do with the fact that the boss is on vacation to give an opinion on a relevant fact and being on vacation does not exempt him from his fault.
