I would have given him a minus star if there was an option. Cook had cigarettes hanging from his mouth while cooking. Next to the place where we talk! I tried and still got a dump.

My family loves American Deli! You have great pizza, cheeseries, hoagies, cheese steaks, wings, pretty much everything! We absolutely love the chicken pot cakes they serve on Tuesday. You are delicious and we order one every week! The pancakes are not only fantastic, they are the cheapest around, and perfect portion size, keep you full. I never had a bad meal or bad service, they are fast with delivery and very nice and fun in the store. You have a few stands and outdoor tables if you want to eat there, but as I said, the delivery is also quite fast. You even have the bottles of Stewart's Sodas, which is always a fun treat. Five stars from my family.

We were hesitant to try this place because of a review that mentioned bad service, small portions and high prices, but my husband and I were tired and hungry and did not feel like treating with tourist crowds at a weekend night in a sit-down restaurant. We went to American deli and thought we'd get out. We were surprised to see eating in seats that proved comfortable. The phone did not stop ringing all the time when we were there, you could not hear the ring, only the friendly staff answered) the staff were polite and accommodating not angry as described in an evaluation. Although they were so busy, the food came in good timing, it was hot and delicious. I don't know why someone would complain about tiny parts. I could barely show half of what I ordered, which was unexpectedly tasty and very expensive) just that you are not fed by extreme negatives. Our experience was positive in every respect. I'm going back.

Sicilian pizza with anchovies, sausage and extra cheese, perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious. My wife had a cheese waltz with lots of rooms, a lot of filling and stuffed the pizza box. Service was excellent, Koka came out and said hello,counter lady was very pleasant, treated me like family, and in her smile I knew that I would enjoy my food. Will definitely return here and recommend it to my friends
