Mekong Saveur - Villefranche-sur-Saône

An ok choice for lunch and if you are really hungry. All you can eat are always tricky, as the quality is usually low. Mekong Saveur offers good quality on some dishes, mediocre for others and downright poor for a few. The deepfried appetizers are...good (you really can't screw those up) and with a bit of sauce make for a good start. The vietnamese spring rolls are excellent, but stay away from the sushi. The warm dishes are good when beef and chicken are involved. Deserts remain a mystery, but while having your own ice cream to scoop and choose moght spund like a good idea, keep in mind, there is only one tool and there are a lot of families and hardly anyone cares about hygiene overly much... service is efficient and friendly and tend to recognize regulars quickly.

Nothing really special about it. Food is good, service is good and its a good choice for a family or if you don't necessarily want to spend 2 hours for a meal ....

A lot of choice, very nice place. I recommend this restaurant. Very nice personal. prices are correct.
