What Antoine Vasseur likes about Bistro Régent:
Just amazing. It's been several times that I come and I don't get tired of this wonderful and delicious salmon scalope. And the sauce is absolutely magical. I have never eaten so good until I scrape the last drop of the plate and that of my spouse so much ceases a treat. A huge thank you. Don't change. What Elodie doesn't like about Bistro Régent:
The service is irreproachable, served very quickly. And the staff is very nice. All this cake when the dishes arrive the dishes bathe in their flagship sauce that is not good at all. I did not even appreciate the taste of my beef because of this sauce and yet the beef piece appeared on good and it was well cooked. You should put that sauce in a separate pot.
