"This was the worst experience I had in a star-Michelin restaurant in the past 30 years. The food was inventive, tasty and very well presented with a succession of amuse-bouche the sardine souffléd was to die for). However, we had an awful customer experience that went on all evening: We were sitted next to the revolving door to the kitchen, so it was very noisy with countless passages; You cannot choose your menu at this restaurant as we were told that we all had to take exactly the same dishes at the table one of us had a particular diet which did not allow him to do so). Even my 80 year-old mum got some insults when she asked to take with her some mignardises she could not finish in order not to waste the food. The chef was arrogant, cocky, unrespectful and his wife eventually made nasty comments about serving foreigners. Avoid at all cost this restaurant, there are many more excellent options in Lyon."

"I went to boko loco once by chance, and it was so good and pleasant that I came back there the next day! varied choice of 5 admissions and 5 dishes 100% vegan, with tofu, seitan, vegetables, fiddles, exotic touches (japanese, antillen, Lebanese, South American. . I loved the vegan mafé, the forest seitan, the smoked tofu gouff, and loved the opera for dessert."

"What's good! Second time in this little restaurant a little hidden once again delighted. 2 admissions 2 dishes 2 desserts at noon Quality value unbelievable price 32 euros between dessert glass of wine... The dishes are fine searched it changes what we find everywhere the products are fresh! The little ones less: you feel the food when you get out if you eat at the bottom the bread doesn't come from a bakery Hormis ca (c is really minor) c is a real treat quality and service are there! I'll come back from what I can think of booking"

"I am a New Yorker who now lives in France . This restaurant is truly a pleasure. All the dishes are homemade. The menu is creative and the taste is surprising with every bite. "My wife and I have eaten and stayed at this fabulous restaurant and hotel many times over the last decade and we have never ever been disappointed. The chef, Dominic, is an absolute magician with food and we have found that his food frequently excels...meals that we have been served at three star Michelin restaurants. For both lunch and dinner there are several set menus (with choices) and the wine list has a wide selection from which to choose. We last stayed at Le Relais du Catay a week ago and, as always, we had fantastic food from the amuse bouche to the petit fours that accompanied coffee. Our room was comfortable, there is good free wi-fi, and prices are not expensive. What more could one want? It is important to point out that we have noted that the restaurant is usually full every night so it is always ooworthwhile making a reservation. It is worth leaving the autoroute (Junction passing the huge Carrefour hypermarket (very competitively-priced fuel), and driving the short distance to the Relais du Catay. You certainly won't be disappointed. Both Dominic and his wife Valerie are wonderful hosts and the two waiters Alban and Gilbert are both charming and very attentive. Our top two meal tips are: Choose a menu which includes the exceptional cheese trolley and Always select the Table des Deserts as your desert course the tarte au citron is absolutely fantastic (and all the other choices are equally good)."
