"What's good! Second time in this little restaurant a little hidden once again delighted. 2 admissions 2 dishes 2 desserts at noon Quality value unbelievable price 32 euros between dessert glass of wine... The dishes are fine searched it changes what we find everywhere the products are fresh! The little ones less: you feel the food when you get out if you eat at the bottom the bread doesn't come from a bakery Hormis ca (c is really minor) c is a real treat quality and service are there! "They eat two days here. they serve real vegan food (no respect before the numerous vegan burgers/gier pizza options in france). owner is very friendly and it was easy to communicate in English. the food is prepared in maurer glasses and they can warm up in the restaurant or eat it can be excluded (and heated in the microwave). spacious seating area."

"My wife and I have eaten and stayed at this fabulous restaurant and hotel many times over the last decade and we have never ever been disappointed. The chef, Dominic, is an absolute magician with food and we have found that his food frequently excels...meals that we have been served at three star Michelin restaurants. For both lunch and dinner there are several set menus (with choices) and the wine list has a wide selection from which to choose. We last stayed at Le Relais du Catay a week ago and, as always, we had fantastic food from the amuse bouche to the petit fours that accompanied coffee. Our room was comfortable, there is good free wi-fi, and prices are not expensive. What more could one want? It is important to point out that we have noted that the restaurant is usually full every night so it is always ooworthwhile making a reservation. It is worth leaving the autoroute (Junction passing the huge Carrefour hypermarket (very competitively-priced fuel), and driving the short distance to the Relais du Catay. You certainly won't be disappointed. Both Dominic and his wife Valerie are wonderful hosts and the two waiters Alban and Gilbert are both charming and very attentive. Our top two meal tips are: Choose a menu which includes the exceptional cheese trolley and Always select the Table des Deserts as your desert course the tarte au citron is absolutely fantastic (and all the other choices are equally good)."

"The welcome is personal, family and what we eat here is simple and good! We spent a very pleasant time with children delighted to be able to play and paddle in a tiny inflatable pool installed for them on the terrace! I'll be back!"

"Déjà bravo pour ouvrir un lieu où l'on mange principalement des panzerotti à Lyon de surcroît. Ils sont très bons, généreux et variés. Attention "le restaurant" est assez petit (3 tables), on y fait vite la queue à midi quand le patron est tout seul... mais bon pendant ce temps on entend des dialogues en dialecte et c'est très agréable"

"Depuis 8 ans que j'habite sur Heyrieux, c'est mon resto favori.Les repas y sont soignés, copieux et de très bonne facture.Les portions généreuses.Les pizzas y sont redoutables. La pâte à pain, certes un tantinet épaisse est juste sublime, tout juste sortie du four.Il y a une excellente répétitivité depuis 8 ans, en termes gustatifs, de garnitures, de tailles, etc.Le seul point négatif c'est que devant le succès de ce resto, et si on ne si est pas pris avant, il est quasi impossible de commander une pizza à emporter dans des délais raisonnables, (quand on vous refuse pas la commande).Même son de cloches de plus en plus récurent : Il est de plus en plus impossible de venir y manger à l'improviste sans réservation. Ce qui est dans tous les cas des signes qui démontrent que c'est une très bonne adresse."
