"I had already booked late January and they had reminded me because they had a personal problem and could not provide the service. No problem. I understand. I wanted to make a reservation on 14 February but he didn't open on Monday. Wanting to spend the night of Valentine's Day at home, we've shifted our Valentine's Day to 18. Well, I booked three weeks in advance for the 18th in the evening. We just went, it's closed. Why do you book and not prevent your closure? It's really painful."
