"Honestly, I went to the restaurant in Ségur, and I'm really disappointed that it was so good! . I ordered a glass of Gaillac, and he filled it to the brim, as if he was trying to make me drink the whole river. Then, the burger, the famous Black Flambadou. At first, I thought it was witchcraft with this black burger bun, but in the end, it was just culinary magic! Everything was great, and the guy was great salesman. Frankly, it's an address where you absolutely have to go... even if it may disappoint you because it's so delicious! It's almost a crime to serve food this good.
