What Vladimir M doesn't like about Вапиано:
No heating in restaurant, awful espresso with terrible taste, chilli flakes (paprika powder) you have to take with your fingers. Food less than average. After serving waiter didn't check us or even offered with anything else. We had to go to bar counter to ask for bill and to pay. Sorry for this rating but you really ruined our day.
