"A good place from a good chain. Meals may be different from those in Bibliotheca in the downtown, but they are tasty too. Also, there are perfect burgers in Vinnitsa, you are unlikely to find better options. They are big, cheap, tasty, and highly customizable. Also, they are served with gloves for convenience. For two persons, you may get absolutely full for as much as 400 UAH"

"It's one of the places I've ever seen when I get back to the ukraine. it is in the heart of the city, next to the city tower. this caffe has good offers for lunch and many desserts. the only inconvenience is the lack of air conditioning and sometimes the service is not best. Apart from that, I highly recommend trying some Ukrainian foods here."
