The shakes are amazing and healthy too. I is a better alternative than putting junk into your body. The energy tea really does give you extra energy as well. But... Wendy is amazing! She is a nurse so she is very good at helping with healthful eating ideas as well. She is patient and a good listener too. Everyone should give it a try at least once.. my bet is you will be hooked.
