"We were on our way from Winnipeg to Swift Current and decided to stop here for dinner. Even though pleace was quite busy, we received a table immediately (we never have reservations), and the service was very professional and extremely nice. Food arrived after short waiting and was delicious. Everything was cooked exactly how we wanted. We left the restaurant very happy and we can definitely recommend that pleace."

"Gopher Creek Coffee has lots of personality from the decor to the staff and the changes every day menu. The day we stopped the soup was leek and pear. New to me, and quite nice. Equally unique the sandwich was ham, turkey, apple, goat cheese and balsamic mayo on a very pleasant seeded bread. Also quite good. The biscuit that accompanied the soup was a standout. Perhaps the best this side of my grandmothers. Coffee was also very good. I’d stop again for sure."

"Their ice cream is the best. I'm just sorry their business is only seasonal. If there was a way to serve indoors perhaps the cost could be averaged out. Food is pricey."

"NOW THATS A SANDWICH ARTIST! The lady who made my sandwich did an amazing job. Put the toppings on properly so there was an even mix in every bite. She put the sauce on and closed it with love and care so the toppings/ sauce didn't come out. Watching you make my sandwich was a pleasure. Usually I cringe watching them squash everything together and put the toppings on all willy nilly, sauce all over the wrapper when they close it. I wish I wasn't just passing through Virden because it was the best sub I've ever had in a subway. Thankyou for taking some pride in your work, it shows. I appreciate you."
