In a word: extraordinary! It's all there! Hygiene at the top. Savoury, fine, generous, a real Japanese restaurant held by a boss and his waitress with a non-standard kindness. I lived in Paris for 30 years and ate billions of times in Japanese but I never had those flavors in my mouth. If you hesitate, stop doubting and push the door. I recommend 500%. We were disappointed with the delivery compared to the requested price! The cabbage salad is a coleslaw salad first time I see it in a Japanese restaurant. The salmon chirashi was a poke bowl chirashi slices of fish on a bed of vinegarized rice, the qq slices with lots of garnish, peas, but, lawyer ect tendpokebowl) The sushi and sashimis did not look like anything and was little fished.
