"Food was mostly good. Had pancakes and they seemed a little powdery, my son had chicken steak skillet with country gravy and it was mostly good but tasted slightly greasy near the end. "If giving -5 stars was an option that would be my option. Terrible customer service. Tables are always dirty. They are always out of everything. We stood at the tile for 5 minutes. Was never said “we will be with you in a minute” or acknowledge us. Test was her name and she came to the til typed on the computer for three mins. Didn’t say a “hi” “I’ll be right with you” or a “I’ll get someone to help you”. All while the workers in the back talked and looked at us. Then Test left. No eye contact. Didn’t take our order. Very poor excuse for customer service. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here at Virginia MN."
