"I had to make an empty trip for delivery and could not be paid for because the food was not ready and they could not tell me how long the waiting period would be. They are not consideration for delivery drivers and it does not smell good there. So the food is garbage This is it"

"My family and I live in Church Point and are so pleased to have this incredible restaurant within walking distance. The Venezuelan fare is authentic and fantastic. We ordered the Steak Parillas and NY Strip Pabellon plates. Our children ordered the kids shredded chicken Pabellon and loved it. The portions are incredible, the steaks were cooked to order, and the presentation lends to the overall wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed the house-made Sangria and Tres Leches cake. We will be eating here much more often!"

"The view was perfect, the food was delicious, the service was excellent! I sat at a high top table in the bar area where there was an amazing view of the ocean. Had a great spinach salad and a fantastic chicken Toscano. The bread was also perfect! Looking forward to going back next year!"

"Chef skips fish tacos are the best in the opposite! not only is his eating delicious, but he arranges it perfectly with a beautiful edible flower for the presentation. I would say chef skip is a hidden gem! I recommend to everyone to try!"

"Quiet little place tucked back behind the Harris Teeter. Let me start by saying the fresh fish was SERIOUSLY FRESH. I wish I took a more close up photo of my tuna sashimi in my lunch bento box. So red! The butterfly...or was it the firefly roll? Had a fat piece of tuna and each piece had a thin slice of jalapeño. For me and my kids it was not spicy to make us hurt but the little kick was nice. The lunch specials are actually a great deal and in todays economy-the portion and quality pretty impressive. My big eater kids were satisfied with the bento and side entrees. The place has new owners and I think they are trying to keep with the formers menu and flavors. My kids and I will be back."

"Drinks were great. Food was not good at all. Ordered lumpia and chicken skewers. Sent both back. They happily took them off the check with no complaints. The food is definitely different and not in a good way."

"So disappointed. I've dined at this restaurant for years, so tonight on my way home from work, I thought I'd order from one of my favorite restaurants. But when I got home, this was the portion they gave me for my appetizer! The only reason the rating isn't lower is is because they're always wonderful when I dine in, but goodness, don't order takeaway if you actually want a filling meal apparently."
