I was hesitant coming here reading some of the negative reviews. I was looking for a tasty sit down Chines restaurant. I found it. We came for my husband's birthday. Delicious Peking duck Crispy skin. A wonderful noodle and crabmeat dish so lovely. The dim sum was as well delightful to the mouth. What P K doesn't like about Jade Villa Chinese:
Food was okay. Service was slow because of short staff (which they noted on the front door) but two employees (maybe owners) could've helped the waitresses. One waitress was fantastic. She walked fast and with a purpose, she was very consistent. Food came out fast. Few things were soggy but not too bad. Good variety of dim sum options. They stayed behind the back counter.
