What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
We had a very poor experience at this restaurant. We arrived 5 minutes before closing to buy hot chocolate for our children and were told by Katie that they wouldn't be able to serve us. She seemed eager to leave and insisted that we leave. Even after we explained that our children were using the bathroom, the staff became aggressive and threatened to call the police.
