"I get it, the desk clerk is a young woman and that she is in therapy, however, she needs to learn that when a customer is questioning the reservation upon check-in, its NOT all about her but all about the customer and pleasing that customer. She needs to learn customer service and how to de-escalate instead of escalating an issue. So I had to take 2 stars off for service and 1 for the overall review. Check-in was definitely not a good experience and did taint the stay. I suggest management teach her and possibly even mentor her for awhile. The room was clean, quiet and lovely. Slept great. The restaurant there had delicious food (recommend the rib eye with the cowboy butter! and also had great service."

"What a great little place in Ennis Montana. The service was as good as he gets. Pretty crowded, especially for a Wednesday afternoon, but our food was served very quickly. Lots of special beer on the menu!!"

This place is locally sourced and is great awesome breakfast sandwiches, solid coffee and a great staff who are friendly, hard working, efficient and take their craft seriously. We were in town for a very short period of time and of course wanted to grab coffee and some breakfast on our way to the airport.
