The first time I went here, I knew I was home sweet home it reminds me of Texas. The man there was on point with the seasoning for my wagyu New York strip, and they got bison lamb elk ground meat ? ice cream ? shoot they got almost everything almost and grate customer service.???? What Lacie S doesn't like about B L Quality Meats:
One bad experience can trump many good ones. I 've been getting meat (Tri tips specifically) from here for years. Usually go for the everything but the kitchen sink , but decided to try the whiskey bourbon. Thought the meat looked a little dark but gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to the type of marinade. I 'll let you decide what you think is going on with this meat.. had a few minor hiccups but overall this experience was pretty great highly recommended in terms of food and fresh meat
