What User likes about The 5th Quarter:
We went in at 11:30am. They had a skeleton crew, only a bartender and someone behind the sushi bar in the front of the house, I don't know how many in the kitchen. Our burgers tasted wonderful, but it took 34 minutes for them to arrive and we were the only ones in the place aside from the guy at the bar. View all feedback.
