"The pizza dough was more like a store-bought frozen pizza than a restaurant-grade pizza. The expectations are not high, just have enough dough and cook well. Well, that was apparently missing here. After filing a complaint, I received the answer that there is no way to compensate, as the pizza is made this way. The preparation of quality food and the satisfaction of the guest are no longer important nowadays"
