If you want to test a South Indian restaurant, check for the medu wada. Medu wada pulls the might of a chef, if authentic. Ahh, those caramelised onions, those little dal crackers that perfect browning of those wadas needs a master craftsmen at hand. Sri Srinivasa is one such place.
