"Since we were visiting Nizza for a wine tasting we decided to make reservations for lunch. Wonderful food very attentive service. Exactly what we would expect from this Piedmont Restaurant Food was delicious, if you stop here you will not be disappointed. Exactly as Michelin reviews. “Overlooking the square that is home to the weekly market, Le Due Lanterne is an attractive, family run trattoria that offers attentive service and a fine selection of traditional Piedmontese dishes. The beef casserole in a Barbera wine sauce is highly recommended.” The beef was amazing, as was everything else we tried!"

"Definitely a hidden treasure, but not for long! This lovely restaurant in Canelli is foodies dream. Each colorful dish was filled with flavor and perfectly designed, like a painting. We enjoyed beet risotto with Parmesan, pumpkin risotto, and pasta with tartufo or truffles so delicious. The wine selection was superb and had a great collection of regional favorites like Barberas and Nebbiolos pairing with the food exquisitely. I’m so glad Google recommended me to the Osteria. I was able to make reservations quickly online, I think we did catch them right before their pause but they were gracious and not inconvenienced in any way, at least we didn’t know if they were. Service was superb and attentive. This restaurant is cozy and clean with proper seating for COVID restrictions too. We showed our green passes and vaccination cards and we were all set. Definitely will be returning on my next visit to Piemonte."

"We went there recommended by our hosts of Sambuco Innamorato. The chef and staff were very friendly. I was even invited into the kitchen to see the variety of the fresh products. The setting of the restaurant is simple and not trendy but if you look behind that it doesn't matter. The food was delicious. Small piece of advice: do not serve Lambrusco warm. It must be served chilled."
