"I had a selection of Antipasti, two first courses, second course and dessert! All vegan and delicious! To this coffee and a wide selection of homemade spirits. The staff was just nice and happy to give us second (or third) help. They have a wide range of homemade glassware (jams, pickles, juices, roasted nuts). The location is stunning, the farm overlooks vignas and beautiful hills. I can't just recommend it!"

"The first time we went to this restaurant was in August last year and we had a great time – the food was lovely (above average for a pizzeria), it 's a great place for families and the service, although slightly slow, was pretty impeccable. We had just moved to Italy from the UK and it was a wonderful welcome to our new country of residence. Tonight, we returned to Arcano expecting the same experience. However, although the food was more or less the same quality, the service was very poor. We waited about 20 minutes for two of the main courses (and we didn 't have antipasti or primi), and we were left waiting for a third main course. After about 7 minutes, the waitress asked if everything was OK and we told her we were still waiting for the fish main. It eventually came along 10 minutes after that, with another one that we hadn 't ordered, but without the vegetable accompaniment we 'd asked for. Of course by the time it arrived the other two mains had been eaten – well, they couldn 't wait because it would have been cold otherwise. I expected at least an apology from the manager while we were waiting and a free drink. Instead, all we got was, The waitress didn 't understand you. This was baloney because she repeated our order back when we made it and it was correct. Either she or the kitchen made a mistake. These things happen, but you at least expect an apology. It 's such a shame that poor service has spoiled this restaurant. I also feel the staff didn 't care about us because they didn 't think we lived locally. This is why I 'm writing this review now. Restaurants shouldn 't treat customers this way and get away with it. Be warned!"
