Five years ago, this was the best restaurant in the valley. One day, not remembering us because we were gone we decided to come back, but it was a bad idea. As soon as a little nice waitress came in, he showed us a table, we'd better get out of here right now, we stayed. The kitchen went hand in hand with the service, raw fried potatoes (we still can't figure out how to make fried potatoes wrong,) sauce with a suspicious consistency (a ready sauce) and vegetables worth more than a debuting cook. cherry on the cake, when we express our discontent to the waitress, this allows to make irony. one should find another job. It is very bad, even because the value for money is disproportionate to the Swiss, even though it is very expensive.

A nice address for a nice evening: bistro or more gastronomic version... Valais products and a always nice welcome. To recommend!

When we arrive at Vissoia around 1 p.m., we stop in front of the restaurant at the manor house. We were greeted lovingly, and ordered the alex plate (small pig nets with excellent mushroom sauce and fried apples.) we were served very quickly. the restaurant undertakes to pay an amount by "alex plate" to this child suffering from cystic fibrosis. A nice move. The wine in promotion, the barbaric blood plate, is excellent.

There are many other restaurants/caffee that are worth visiting than stopping in this place. The default catch-to-tourist is broken.From the doorstep you are not welcome. after consulting the menu we had to go ask ourselves, we didn't stay for dinner. this place is not worth it and prices are prohibitive. Only positive point: parking available.
