We have a lot of good places in our town, but we were recommended that La Paloma was ;worth the drive ; and it was! We have traveled thru South America extensively and know that what is called Mexican/Spanish food here has nothing to do with the real thing, but this is as close as you can get. We went to La Paloma for dinner on a Friday night. The appetizers were cold, mixed drinks did not contain any liquor (especially the margaritas) and the food was cold even though the dinner plate was hot. The waitress seemed annoyed when we requested the food be sent back to the kitchen to get hot. When it was finally served the second time the food was quite good.
