very cozy place, very kind and pleasant staff. the dishes were really exceptional especially the embryos to the vine, they were a spectacular thing. During Xmas not many restaurants open in Viterbo (very nice town). This one was relatively crowded and with good selection of food. Lunch was well served and dishes were all acceptable. Traditional dishes of local cuisine are fine (mushrooms, soups, pasta, pork meat). Price a little bit too high for that type of place.
