What Bryn Cole likes about Nomisan Sushi Giapponese:
One of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in Rome. A little expensive but the quality of the ingredients is high. The only negative is that the waiter doesn't seem to listen. I gently reminded him to bring an item twice, but he forgot. I later realized that it was charged on the receipt, which is not very ethical. It may have been an honest mistake. We have been to this lovely restaurant a couple of times. The food is excellent, you can see the Japanese culinary preparation and above all you can feel... flavors that are difficult to faithfully recreate in Italy. In addition to a variety of meals, the menu also offers a diversity of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the list of dishes also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by guests, even if these have not yet been listed.
