I spent 3 amazing days at the Domaine du Castellas to work on a project. I was welcomed very warmly by the team. I had the opportunity to taste the most wonderful meals prepared by chef Antoine James. Among others, their famous Poulet Minette generally served on Sundays, their slow life and the zero carbon menu made exclusively with the products of their farm.
