"If you're a meat eater, this is your place! They're open on the weekends and for special occasions, so check their website before you go. All of their food is locally grown and raised, and the quality is readily apparent with the first bite. As far as I can tell, you can pretty much have any cut you desire; if it's really unique you may want to contact them in advance. "The service was very good, as was the pizza. My only problem with the pizza was approximately 30% of the border was burned. I personally don’t like that. I will however come back again because it can happen to anyone that the border of a thin crust pizza can be burned."
