Really disappointed this day!!! Order at 18:30, delivery announced at 19:30, and arriving at only 19:55... In short... But when you have the uncomfortable to make the remark to the bookkeeper (beginning with I know that you are not here for nothing but pass the message to your boss she answers you with aplomb that it is only 25 minutes!
