This hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy during your trip to Volcano. The concierge Meagan could not be more professional, friendly competent. We stayed in the Annex while some friends stayed in the hotel with the bathrooms down the hall. Both are lovely you can’t go wrong either way. I ate here and did not stay at the hotel this time. The food was different than I remembered since my last visit there, before Covid. And suspected maybe some menu changes due to that.It was still very tasty and the staff very friendly. View all feedback.
