What User likes about Jimmy John's:
Good JJ's, excellent service, great employees. Only issue for me is they have higher prices than other Jimmy Johns. While its only 50 per little John, I believe chains should be consistent across the whole chain. Staff blamed it on the franchisee. Guess they're just greedy. read more.

absolutely the worst customer service of all time! so-called manager wouldn't give me his name. they said they do not deliver to my house because it is south of rt120, but corporate policy says it delivers within 5 miles. my house is about 3 mikes away. the manager said he quoted me on the phone. will never be here again. read more.
