"A little less stuff in the dish in exchange for a little more quality in choosing raw materials would help the place. Negative, sliced with bad thick cuts of quality, cheese in taste, scandalous grilled with sausage skewers infiltrated in strange steaks, discreet burgers but also suffocated .a large cascade of frozen potatoes and a nice dish and grilled vegetables... the Farinata no comment."
