This fantastic old building, in the middle of Stege, dating back to approx. 1850 has been a hotel since 1925. After a major refurbishment, the hotel reopened again last year. The building and the interior is treated with great respect to the history and the past. We had a light lunch there. Nice and good food prepared and served as the house and the interior calls for. Beautiful, authentic hot restaurant, very nice and stylish inside and lovely courtyard with evening sun. Great menu cards and an incredibly delicious red placket. Good service! Clear recommendation.

Adorable nostalgic hotel, the garden was just idyllic and pleasent. Food was a little better than expected, very classic and well made. Definitely worth a second visit.
