Have tried steaks in many places in Russia and the Pepper Steak here was the best I have had- tender, flavorful and cooked medium as ordered. The rest of the food was good also except the bread which was a couple of slices from a regular store bought loaf. The service was friendly and fairly efficient for the location. read more.

We did not try the food here. We were particularly looking for this place because of so good review here. But when we entered we were welcomed with a terrible smell of old kitchen mops and no personnel what so ever.
