What Ken doesn't like about Plaisir Sucre Bakery Ltd:
Went in with fairly high expectations for authentic French croissants given the other reviews.. Frankly quite disappointed. One can easily appreciate through cross-sectional photos that the product (both pain au chocolate and almond croissants) is soft, dense, tastes like a bread than puff pastry. everything about this place is good. they have so many customers that especially in the morning the baked goods are usually still warm. super mandel croissants.

Love this place, Fabriz is an amazing baker and quite the character! Almond croissants melt in your mouth. I drive in from White Rock to go there.
Delicious authentic french cafe! Everything tastes good and they have very good pricing point.
