Came here with our German friends. After admiring the view we decided it was time for lunch. Restaurant was busy but we managed to share a table with other people. Service was fast, the beer good and we all enjoyed our very different meals. Can recommend. View all feedback.
What Patrek Bernharðs doesn't like about Berggasthof Blomberghaus:
Nach einem Aufstieg ist es sehr nett sich bei einem kühlen Bier und etwas zu essen hier zu erholen. Draußen laden einige Tische zum Verweilen ein, der Gastraum ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wenn es voll ist muss man etwas Geduld mitbringen, wenn man bestellen oder bezahlen will, es ist bei der Größe des Saals auch sicher nicht leicht, den Überblick zu behalten. We went hiking up the Blomberg a cold early afternoon encountering snow after having gone half the way. It was warm and cozy, proper Bavarian hospitality. Orderer the Bratenteller with three kind of bread. The portion was more than generous and the taste of the...cold pork roast, which was thinly sliced, was nice. I would have loved more of the horseraddish but other than that this was a filling and tasty lunch
This restaurant made a mistake our group of seven waited an hour for our drinks only to be told they had sold out. The waiter was completely unapologetic, said he could not help this and there was nothing he could do to rectify it....I understand mistakes happen but this was handled very poorly. Don’t go
We arrived at lunch time with people. The restaurant was already pretty full restaurant but we found a spot. I was expecting slow service, but it was fast and friendly. The food ordered was a mixture of starters, soups, cakes and main courses. Everything...arrived quickly and most thought their dishes were ok, some found their meal tasteless. Nobody will be going home raving about the food which is sad, as they clearly have the turnover to make it a very sleek operation
We hiked the blomberg a cold early afternoon on snow after we left halfway away. it was warm and cozy, neat Bavarian hospitality. the frying plate with three bread varieties. the part was more than generous and the taste of the...cold pork that was cut thin was beautiful. I would have loved more of the searettich, but unlike that was a full and tasty lunch.
