Vandy's Grille - Waconia

We went here for the steak and all you can eat lobster. Party of 4, seated in the lakeside room, great view, nice atmosphere. Outside temp was in the 20's, room was cool at first luckily seated by fireplace. Warmed up once someone noticed an open window and closed it. What Brenda Hill doesn't like about Vandy's Grille:
Disappointing. 3 burned or dry hamburgers. And 2 dry chicken dishes. Server never checked in about the meals. Didn't bring enough silverware and needed to ask twice for ketchup which wad missing from 3 meals. Not likely to return nor recommend . View all feedback.
