I love this hotel. I’ve stayed there a few times. I love their food. Price is right, food is always on point. Just looking at the pictures, living on Oahu now, wishing I was on Big Island so I can go eat at the Seaside Hukilau Restaurant. The Best Place to eat, stay in Hilo. Very disappointed!!! I went there with my family that lives locally I'm from the mainland and had to sit at two tables because our party was a party of 8! There was plenty of space to put two tables together and was told the staff could not accommodate us . We ate breakfast there that wes my first time and will be my last (excellent customer no service) View all feedback.
