"We arrived early on a Monday night and we were taken to our table immediately. Along the way staff greeted us. The waitress explained the menu and suggested several dishes. We shared the Szechuan ribs as an appetizer. It was large enough to eat as a meal. My husband had the Opakapaka and I had the Butterfish . They were both delicious. Our waitress warned we would need to allow 30 minutes for the chocolate soufflé and pineapple upside down cake so we ordered them early. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing! I love restaurants where the entire staff can tell you their favorite dish and Roy’s is like that. Best of all, my husband was impressed!"

"They were in full capacity, although they were short-circuited in the kitchen. they should just sit down what they can handle. even if they have no reservation, they will not be able to go there and if they are sure to allow 2 hours for dinner. we had a reservation, but they sat us 1/2 hour too late. as soon as we sat in our commands, we got ready for dinner, but no serviettes or cutlery and had to wait over 10 minutes. 20 minutes after our order we were informed that they were from some of the Entree elements we ordered, so we had to get something else and then wait. finally got the food over 30 minutes after the order. eating was pretty good, but I don't recommend this place until they get their act together."

"The ocean view from this restaurant are out of this world. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t match. The fish tacos I ordered looked like they had been prepared 30 minutes prior. The melted cheese on the tortilla was hard. The fish pieces stuck together and we’re not even warm. Tacos made me sick to my stomach afterwards. I ordered a margarita, but I’m unsure if they used any alcohol. I think there are better options on the island for a good combination or food and view."
